We’re all about the content, and getting it in front of as many people as possible! There is a wide demographic of buyers at West Carclaze Garden Village, from young families and first time buyers, to downsizers and people nearing retirement. This older target market aren’t quite so well represented on social media channels, so the content we produce for the village is also sent out in a beautiful printed newsletter that has been both door dropped and picked up from sites around St Austell.
As well as stories about the places and people that make Cornwall very special, it has what’s on guides, recipes and an update about the progress of the village itself, pointing people to the online blogs and films, to encourage sign ups that can then be targeted. It also helps to bring the village to the attention to the enormous population that arrive in the summer, all of who leave saying the same thing — wouldn’t it be nice to live here.
Repurposing the content in this way extracts maximum value from it, and has been instrumental in profile raising, increasing follower count and creating sales leads for the client.
