West Carclaze Garden Village, near St Austell in Cornwall, has allowed us to create rich experiences across a wide range of media, and there are few more effective methods of engaging audiences than with film.

A poem written for the pitch was the spark that lead to a series of scripts across a number of themes. From the fantastic Cornish location, the benefits of living close to nature, aspiring to a change of lifestyle, to the homes themselves, building strong communities and more. These beautifully emotive films are an evolving showcase for one of the best places to live in the UK.
